Dear Valued IMS Customer,

As all of you know the spread of “coronavirus disease 2019” (COVID-19) has created a large market demand for many Personal Protection Equipment and related products. IMS has seen an extraordinary increase in requests and order volumes recently for these products particularly masks, isolation gowns, hand sanitizer, thermometers, gloves, disinfecting wipes and numerous other infection control related products.

As a result of this huge influx of orders, these items will be allotted based on previous customer order history with our company and prioritized accordingly.

In many cases the manufacturers of these protection products are not accepting orders due to a lack of inventory. IMS is working diligently to find alternative products to fill in the shortfall created by this crisis.
