The MyIMS.cloud Customer Portal is a simple and intuitive ordering system that offers our customers many self serve features to simplify their workflow. Within MyIMS.cloud you can create product lists, schedule recurring orders, view past order history, generate invoice reports and more. IMS provides industry leading technology to our customers at no additional cost.

Customer Dashboards

The Customer Dashboard allows you to easily view your order history, including recent orders, recent items, and your most popular ordered products. Additionally, any backordered items from your order will be listed at the top of page for ease of view. Your IMS Sales Representative’s contact information is listed on the right hand side of the screen for quick reference.

Shop the IMS Catalog

Shop from our vast catalog of infusion and respiratory disposables, cleanroom supplies, and much more. The search bar allows you to easily find products by item number, item name, product description or manufacturer. Click on a product to reveal more details.

You can also input an item ID number in the “Quick Add” section at the bottom of the toolbar for an easy and efficient way to order products. Items can be ordered in bulk to ensure you are getting the right amount of product at the right time.

My Favorites

If you have items that you will order often, or see an item that you’d like to order in the future, you can build a favorite items list of your preferred and most frequently ordered items to the “My Favorites” section for efficient and effortless ordering.

Reports

MyIMS.cloud allows you to generate easy-to-read and downloadable reports. Purchase History Reports allows you to view your total ordering history of purchased products. You can filter your purchase history to only show orders by item or PO number, or filter between specific dates, which can be arranged by month or by year, and can be filtered by an individual vendor.

With Invoice Reports, you can view your entire history of invoices or filter between specific dates. Individual invoices can easily be viewed in MyIMS.cloud and have the option to export as a PDF. Invoices are clearly detailed with description of items ordered, amount of items ordered, unit price, amount total, and invoice due date. Your PO Number is also listed on the invoice report for easy reference while making a payment.

How To Schedule Orders in MyIMS.cloud

  • Shop from our vast catalog of infusion and respiratory disposables, cleanroom supplies, and more. The search bar allows you to easily find products by item number, item name, product description or manufacturer.
  • Add your desired products to the shopping cart — you can edit the quantity of product needed once added to the cart.
  • Click the “Checkout” button to proceed to create a schedule once all items are in the cart.
  • In the “Checkout” window of the cart, you can select the order type to either “Order Now,” “Create Schedule,” or both. For all options, please select a shipping method and include your PO number.
  • Assign an order name, frequency of the order (weekly or monthly), start/end dates, and alert notices here.
  • Once your order is filled in with the necessary details, click “Submit Order” to process the order.
  • After the scheduled order has been created, you will receive an order confirmation (1st email notification).
  • Successfully created orders in MyIMS.cloud can be viewed under the “Scheduled Orders” section on the sidebar to the left.
  • To adjust or correct an order, use the “Edit” feature to change the frequency of an order, when to receive alert notices, update the start or end date, or add or subtract items to an existing scheduled order.
