URGENT MEDICAL DEVICE CORRECTION: CARDINAL HEALTH KANGAROO ENTERAL FEED PUMPING SETS

Dear Valued Customer,

Cardinal is initiating a voluntary recall for the Kangaroo Enteral Feed Pumping Sets. 

Cardinal has confirmed that the product catalog and lot numbers referenced in Attachment A (linked below) may have the potential for air appearing in the enteral feed pumping set tubing during set-up.

Air entry into the feeding set tubing could result in the following health consequences: vomiting, dehydration, hypoglycemia, abdominal pain, and abdominal distention in patients.

Our records indicate that you have purchased Cardinal Health Kangaroo Enteral Feed Pump sets in the past.
