The RxBot automated compounding robot is a cutting-edge solution that automates preparation and filling of hazardous and non-hazardous drugs. End-to-end automation with walkaway functionality, RxBot ensures smart compounding with minimum human input, enabling the operator to do more, safely.
The RxFill semi-automated compounding system is a state-of-the-art desktop compounding system that provides a complete compounding process, including reconstitution, to ensure repeatable accuracy. RxFill reduces exposure to hazardous drugs, minimizes repetitive stress injury and maintains drug sterility. Advanced features enable high-volume IV medication preparation of your existing batch filling process.

Designed for end-to-end automation of hazardous and non-hazardous drug preparation.
Featuring end-to-end automation with walkaway functionality, RxBot ensures smart compounding with minimum human input.
Compounding is done in an ISO Class 5 environment using NIOSH-compliant Closed System Transfer Devices (CSTDs).

RxFill Overview

- Connection to drug vial using ProSeal CSTD to prevent exposure
- Four-way quad set connecting 1.) source bag, 2.) drug vial, 3.) 1.2 micron filter to prevent air bubbles and particles from entering final container
- Multiple final container options (IV bags, elastomerics, etc.)
- Connected load cells for gravimetric check
- Controlled by system for accurate measurement
- Built-in drug library for easy order creation
- Choice of Economy or Stat mode; Economy mode allows for conservation of consumables
- Hanging area for two bags of diluent
- Two source bags may be connected by Y-connector for uninterrupted flow (in Economy mode)
- Scanning of drugs used by RxFill
- Reduces human error and automates documentation
- Controls the flow of diluent from bag
